Our classes are taught in a hands-on manner and are designed to prepare our students for real-life encounters. Class sizes are limited so that students get personal access to the instructor. Semi-private and private classes are immediately adaptable to the student’s personal needs and situation. Group, Semi-private, and Private classes are offered. We also offer Seminars and Intensive Personal Training Programs (IPTP).
