Our individual and family programs are designed to fit just about any schedule. Whether you want to come to our facilities or have us come to your home, our Progressive Fighting Systems training is a great way for you (and/or your family) to learn effective self-defense - quickly.
As mentioned earlier, we're not about accolades, tournaments, or belts. Instead, everyone is trained the way they want to be trained - in real world, practical self-defense. We are completely focused on enhancing your abilities to critically analyze situations quickly and to defend yourself if necessary.
We offer and Intensive Personal Training Program (10 hours over one weekend), group programs for those who wish to be Martial Artists, and personal, short-term programs that can fit anyone's lifestyle or goals.
We welcome those with no experience at all and we also welcome those with previous martial arts experience who are looking for a more functional training approach.
