Executive Progressive Fighting Systems (PFS) is committed to providing you with the best "real world" martial arts training possible.  Executive PFS Instructors represent an international organization.

There are no gimmicks here.  We really teach you how to effectively defend yourself, in a very short time.

Our focus is practical training sessions designed for busy business professionals, families, law enforcement personnel, bouncers, and anyone else who wants to learn the essentials of "real world" self-defense.

Our certified instructors will listen to you and find out what you want from your training.  Then they create a plan specifically for you.

PFS is internationally known for instruction to military and law enforcement including (but not limited to) the DEA, SEAL teams, FBI,  and Federal Marshals.  So we have a solid history of teaching effective, real-world techniques that truly work.

Protect Family Martial Arts is owned and operated by Scott Barrow, a Progressive Fighting Systems Certified Executive Instructor.  He is certified by and has 24 hour excess to Sifu Paul Vunak.
